Folic Acid, also known as Vitamin B-9, is an essential nutrient known for supporting the nutritional needs of expectant mothers. Our Folic Acid Tablets provide 800 mcg in a high potency formula made with pregnant women in mind.
Folic Acid intake should not exceed 250% of the Daily Value (1,000 mcg).
Directions: For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
